The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia witnessed a star-studded evening at the Joy Awards 2025, the region’s biggest celebration of Arab entertainment.
The fifth edition took place on January 18, 2025, at anb Arena as part of the Riyadh Season, and needless to say, it was a spectacle one for the books.
While the spotlight was on the Arab nominees and winners—Mabrook to AlRawabi School For Girls, Hannah El-Zahed for her Best Actress in Film win, and the iconic moment shared between Matthew McConaughey and Hannah El-Zayed, crowned Favourite Movie Actress—this year’s event was also a celebration of unparalleled fashion.
And taking the lead of the event’s best dressed is of course none other than American pop singer, Christina Aguilera. From wearing a dashing Balmain ensemble on the lavender carpet all the way to her unapologetic performance where she sported an embellished burgundy gown by the one and only, Elie Saab.
This year’s roster of icons didn’t disappoint when it came to style. Regional stars stunned in pieces from Cartier, Chopard, and Jean Paul Gaultier, while international celebrities embraced Arab fashion, sporting breathtaking designs by Elie Saab, Zuhair Murad, and Georges Hobeika.
