Lebanese actress Carmen Bsaibes is starting 2025 with joy as she welcomed her first daughter, Andrea.
Known for her standout roles in the Bride of Beirut, and Eugenie Nights, Carmen shared the news on Instagram with her 1.6 million followers with a touching photo of her newborn’s tiny hand.
Capturing the hearts of her fans, the post revealed her daughter’s name and was captioned, “Welcome to the world baby Andrea 💕.”
The announcement quickly went viral, amassing over 60,000 likes and congratulations from fans and fellow stars, including Stéphanie Atala, Razane Jammal, Nour Ali, and Rania Salwan.
Carmen first revealed her pregnancy in September with an emotional message dedicated to her unborn child and to the mothers in Lebanon affected by the conflict.
“To all the Lebanese mothers who had to flee their homes, today I feel your pain a little more deeply,” she wrote.
Turning her thoughts to her baby, she added, “To my little one, the precious gift I am carrying, I promise to protect you with every part of me and teach you to love Lebanon, even in its most difficult times… 🇱🇧🤍.”
Before her pregnancy announcement, Carmen captivated audiences with campaigns for Bvlgari’s latest jewellery collection and was officially named the Maison’s face in the Middle East earlier this year.
Now, with Andrea’s arrival, Carmen begins a new chapter of her life as a mother. Surrounded by the unwavering support and love from her fans, she couldn’t have wrapped up 2024 on a more heartfelt note.
