The first-ever Billboard Arabia Music Awards 2024 (BBAMAs) officially made its way to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and, naturally, it was a night to remember.
Taking centre stage was Palestinian-Chilean singer Elyanna who powerfully took to the stage in Riyadh and performed her top-rated songs, Al Sham and Ganeni.
Not only that, Elyanna took home not one, but two awards from the night of celebration.
Cementing her success further, the Nazareth-born artist, known for her unmistakable charisma on stage and powerful voice, won the Best Arab Indie Artist award and the Best New Artist award against household names such as Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram, Dana Salah, and Hip-Hop artists, TUL8TE.
It’s been a momentous year for Elyanna, who became the first Arab artist to break into the global Billboard charts—a milestone that set the stage for her double triumph at the BBAA, marking a turning point in her career.
This big win for Elyanna comes ahead of the last few stops of her Woledo Tour, which she is set to close out his weekend in London.
Elyanna and Coldplay are performing in Abu Dhabi This January

While the star is only in the region for a short stint, the 22-year-old will be returning next month to take to the stage with Coldplay in Abu Dhabi.
Elyanna will take to the stage with Chris Martin and the other Coldplay members in the UAE capital as part of the band’s Music Of The Spheres World Tour at the Zayed Sports Stadium, the largest entertainment venue in the country.
With the supporting act from Elyanna, we can expect their newly released collaborated song We Pray to be performed on January 11, alongside the bands’ classics such as Viva La Vida, Yellow, The Scientist and so on.
Just released recently, We Pray (Elyanna’s Version) now features the song with an Arabic spin, as an ode to the singer’s roots.
