Her Highness Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum are still enjoying their blissful getaway in Greece together as newlyweds.
Earlier this week, the couple first shared a series of photos from their holiday on the Greek island of Mykonos. Escaping the UAE heat for a Mediterranean summer, the couple have been exploring the popular holiday destination doing a number of activities together including jetskiing, soaking up the sun poolside and exploring some of Mykonos’ most popular beach clubs including Nammos.
Sharing their latest update from their holiday, Sheikha Mahra – the daughter of the Dubai Ruler – posted two photos of herself and her new husband smiling and walking hand-in-hand through the cobbled streets of a Mykonian town. Dressed in holiday attire, Sheikha Mahra wore a blue matching co-ord set and white sandals, while Sheikh Mana opted for a pair of chinos, a white shirt and a Panama hat.
In the caption, Sheikha Mahra shared a snippet of a poem in Arabic which roughly translates to: “And if it is clear to you from your time / He’s the purpose and lived that one / And if hearts are connected with passion / People strike in cold iron.”
Sheikh Mana’s Poem For Sheikha Mahra
A couple of days prior on their holiday, the couple, who officially said “I do” three months ago, were also exploring Mykonos after sunset. Sheikh Mana shared a photo of the night sky and a traditional Greek building, but it was the caption that was really special.
Penning a heartfelt poem to his new wife, Sheikh Mana talked of the “happiest nights of life”.
The entire poem was written in Arabic, but roughly translates to:
“The happiest nights of life
is an hour of serenity with him,
When it passes by,
and we say life,
I witness with all the love,
And the ecstasy of my happiness,
I forgot all my grievances,
And my worries and my wounds.”
Sheikh Mana ended the poem by tagging his wife’s Instagram page @hhshmahra.
The couple are known for regularly sharing snippets of their lives on social media including their outings to various Dubai restaurants and even to a shooting range together.

Sheikha Mahra and Sheikh Mana celebrated their Katb Al-Kitab, the traditional Islamic wedding ceremony and signing of the marriage contract, back in April followed by a lavish wedding ceremony at the end of May.

Sharing a series of photos on social media, the royal bride stunned in a custom wedding gown made by Ezra Couture, a Dubai-based designer. The ceremony took place at Saeed Hall, Dubai World Trade Centre.
The Dubai princess also shared a video recapping the wedding, which gave followers a closer look at all the intimate details of the day.
