Is the retrograding Venus making all these couples break up or is it just pure coincidence? Recently there have been speculations over if the most celebrated couple, Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez, have called it quits. The pair were recently spotted vacationing with their family in Spain, so what led to such serious separation claims? Well, keep scrolling to find out.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodrguez have been together since 2016 when they met at a Gucci store, where Georgina worked as a sales associate. On her appearance at El Hormiguero, she revealed, “I was finally able to leave the shop to go home three hours later than I should have and as I was getting ready to leave Cristiano came in with his eldest son and some friends. Let’s just say it was butterflies in my stomach.” She went on to add “He’s such a handsome man. When I saw him, he was so handsome I felt embarrassed to look at him.” Seems like they were destined to meet one another. Since then the couple have had four children together, attended multiple red-carpet events and have travelled the world together. They have even mourned the loss of one of their twin newborns as well.

The rumours of their split surfaced when a claim was made that the Al Nassr striker had grown wary of his partner’s spending ways whilst in Saudi. This speculation was followed by a few people witnessing a massive argument break out between the duo before they were supposed to board their private jet. According to Marca, Cristiano’s mother, Dolores disapproves of his partner, as she may be in it for “financial” reasons. The couple is reportedly said to have a pre-nuptial agreement which states that Georgina would receive Dhs413,430 every month if they were to split. His mother was quick to shut down any such claims, “Every couple argues, but what’s been written is a lie.”
To further prove that the claims were nothing more than mere lies, the duo posted pictures from their vacation in Spain. Cristiano posted a picture of the two of them on jet skis having fun, with the caption, “🌊❤️ #LoveYou” The pair were seen enjoying their time off with their children before they would head back to Riyadh for Ronaldo’s training.
In the newest season of I Am Georgina, the Spanish model hints at marriage, “I really couldn’t be more married. Cristiano and I are married in the eyes of God, and that’s all that matters to me. He protects us and keeps us together. One day, though, a ceremony will follow.” Seems like all is well for this couple and hopefully for a while we don’t have to grieve over another celebrity breakup.
