Just as its famed New York flagship, ‘The Landmark’, stands emphatically as a marvel of Fifth Avenue, Tiffany & Co.’s newest boutique brings its unparalleled glamour to Brisbane.

Amidst the strip of designers that hold a place within Queens Plaza, the jeweller presents the locale with a beacon of elegance. Boasting ornate features, the space is complete with custom silk wall panels by Peter Marino for Rubelli, a one-of-a-kind hand-blown LASVIT chandelier that dances in the light and a whimsical blue bird wall with glass gems inspired by Jean Schlumberger’s iconic ‘Bird on a Rock’ designs.

In an Australian first, a dedicated Elsa Peretti gallery also finds a home in the store. Inspired by the legendary designer’s distinct aesthetic, the gallery showcases an array of her renowned and organic Tiffany & Co. designs in a space swathed in cork, burlap and Peretii’s beloved aquamarine blue and champagne gold hammered metal.

From its High Jewellery and Homewares & Accessories to its iconic Love & Celebrations range, the store’s selection hosts all the luxury the house has to offer.

On Thursday evening, celebrities and friends of the brand gathered to celebrate the store’s opening. With an emblematic blue carpet unfurling onto the streets of the CBD and lights cast against the store’s glittering façade, designed by Hugh Dutton, the sparkle of Tiffany enveloped guests as they crossed the threshold. Beyond its towering doors awaited a realm that was a visual feast for the senses, where every facet gleamed with a brilliance synonymous with the house’s legacy.

Commencing with an exclusive in-store soirée, guests were dressed to the nines as they found themselves transported to a world where the very best in design and craftsmanship come together—and can be yours to shop. With every step and turn, the jeweller’s incredible heritage shines in full display, chronicling iconic chapters and unforgettable moments for the brand throughout history as well as platforming its more contemporary innovations that are sure to delight its loyal customers.

Notable patrons of the evening adorned in Tiffany & Co. included actress Miranda Otto bedecked in an array of yellow diamonds and platinum, Gemma Ward in the Blue Cuprian Elbaite Tourmaline Ring and a platinum and yellow gold and diamond chain link bracelet, Nicole Warne in the iconic Lock Bangle in yellow gold with diamond accents, Georgia Fowler in the incredible Victoria Necklace in Platinum with Diamonds, and Budjerah in the Diamond Starfish Brooch and Knot Necklace.

As the opulence continued, we were whisked away to Bougainvillea House, a waterside space now rendered in Tiffany blue with light projections. Against the idyllic backdrop of the Story Bridge, cocktails and canapés flowed with indulgent refinement. Some revellers took seats to experience chef Aaron Teece’s culinary work, while others hit the dancefloor to enjoy a headline performance by acclaimed DJ Anna Lunoe.

Before the memorable evening came to a close, a final gesture took us home with a fireworks spectacle that lit up the night, erupting the sky in a kaleidoscope of Tiffany blue over the Brisbane River.
