Few beauty launches garner more anticipation than that of the Chanel summer range. This season is no different as the French house ushers in Chanel Les Beige Summer of Glow – a light, airy, impossibly fresh collection of lip, cheek, eye, nail and complexion products. This year plays on the idea of the French Riviera, a wonderland where the ocean is warm, the rosé is crisp, and the light, it would seem, is perennially golden.

While the entire compilation is a dream, we’re particularly enamoured with the Healthy Glow Sheer Highlighting Fluid – a lightweight emulsion that melts into skin, leaving nothing behind but a soft, diffused luminosity – a “golden hour” skin finish any time or place.
A true multi-tasker, it works a treat all over, mixed into foundation, or pressed onto the high points of the skin. Try adding a drop into moisturiser on bare skin days, or sweeping across shins and collarbones on a Saturday night.
Available in two shades (Pearly Glow as seen above and Sunkissed) it’s sheer enough to look like skin but glowy enough to earn you a compliment (or three). Who needs a European summer anyway?
