London-born model Naomi Campbell is undoubtedly one of the greatest supermodels of all-time. She has glided across the runway for some of the most iconic names in fashion (remember when she closed Gianni Versace’s last ever Haute Couture show in 1997?!). She reportedly inspired the hit track “Hollaback Girl” and is beloved for her OTT pandemic precautions. But all of this came at a cost for the model.

In a new interview with The CutCampbell admitted she sacrificed finding a soulmate for the success of her career.

“I’d say the sacrifice is really finding that soul mate who will understand you,” the 51-year-old told the publication. “I’m strong, but I’m also sensitive. I know that in relationships I have to compromise.”

The one experience Campbell didn’t want to miss out on however was motherhood. On May 18, the supermodel revealed on Instagram that she was a new mum. “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother,” she wrote on social media. “So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love.”

It is not known who the father is but according to The Sunshe does have an American partner.

Campbell has been linked to a slew of eligible bachelors in the past including, Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert DeNiro and even One Direction’s Liam Payne. She was also engaged to Italian businessman Flavio Briatore in the late ’90s but later split after four years together.
