Lisa Rinna is officially wrapping up her tenure on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after eight controversial seasons.

The news was shared exclusively via People, where Rinna said in a statement: “This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun 8-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”

Rinna joined the show in 2014 for the fifth season, and quickly became notorious for her self deprecating humour, chaotic social media presence and close proximity to drama. She even initiated one of the biggest blow-ups in RHOBH history, where she almost strangled her friend and cast mate Denise Richards, before smashing a wine glass.

She packed plenty into the eight seasons she was there, spotlighting her now-famous family in the process – husband Harry Hamlin, and daughters Delilah Belle and Amelia Gray.

The former Days of Our Lives star will no doubt stay busy and in our feeds: she helms her very own makeup line Rinna Beauty, and also Rinna Wine, an edit of French sparkling wines.

While the exit doesn’t really come as a surprise, we’ll absolute, miss the entertainment factor. Also, we can’t wait who’s picked to fill the void. Watch this space for updates.
