Queen of wellness Gwyneth Paltrow has not been shy about sharing sage tips on sex or her new year’s detox but for years the Goop founder has remained somewhat elusive on her skincare routine in its entirety. Until now. Via Paltrow’s Goop EDM titled “this & that” – which the actress describes as a “cursory catalogue of recent discoveries, future landings, and just some stuff I like” – she shared the Goop products she is using most often across her daytime and nighttime routines.

Unsurprisingly, they’re all Goop products and for ultimate ease they’ve been bundled up in two kits you can shop right now. For even just the curious among us, it also serves as a cheat sheet of ingredients to her own glowing skin.

Paltrow’s morning starts with a light jelly exfoliation before a daily resurfacing toner. If you’ve got sensitive skin, approach with caution. The five-step routine continues with a Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid serum, nourishing face cream and all-important eye cream. You can see all the exact products, here.

The 49-year-old has a slightly pared back nighttime routine which consists of a chemical/physical exfoliator, a face oil and the same aforementioned nourishing face cream. More on that, here.

Within her regular email, Paltrow also revealed that her current “drink status” was simply one drink per week and is usually a red wine or whisky.

When it comes to those buzzy Goop cleanses we’re all intrigued by, one former employee has recently revealed the dark side and that you should approach the trend with particular caution. Last month former COO Elise Loehnen claimed that the juice cleanses “distorted” her body image.

“To me, it had become synonymous with dieting and restriction, and I felt like I was not in a healthy relationship with my body, where I was always trying to punish it [and] bring it under control,” she said.
