This week, the singer surprised fans with a special appearance at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, where, according to KCTV, she delighted fans and their families on the hematology and oncology floors with impromptu sing-a-longs and signed copies of her Eras Tour book.
In photos and videos posted to X, the singer can be seen smiling and posing with patients, staff and one sweet service dog while sporting her signature red lip glam.

Channelling the festive season, the 34-year-old opted for a matching Miu Miu set comprising a cropped, menswear-inspired wool shirt with gold buttons and a matching pleated miniskirt. For footwear, she stayed loyal to Christian Louboutin—the iconic designer behind all her custom Eras Tour shoes—with knee-high black leather heeled boots. All up, the outfit will set you back nearly $10,000 (AUD), but with Swift’s painstaking world tour officially making her a billionaire, we don’t blame her for treating herself.
It’s not the first time Swift has looked to Miuccia Prada‘s work. For the 2021 Brit Awards, she wore a custom Miu Miu two-piece featuring an embellished silver bustier and matching floor-length skirt.
