An immersive Christian Louboutin pop-up beach club, “Loubi’s On The Beach”, will remain erected on Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach for 11 days. The striking red and white space – which is located along the promenade in front of the Pavilion – celebrates seaside living (Loubi style) with deck chairs, parasols and… shoes.
Visitors can peruse the House’s latest red soles, leather goods, and pet accessories, and lunch on a Christian Louboutin exclusive menu from the Promenade beachside café next door. A selection of “Loubi’s On The Beach” exclusive products will also be available, including surfboards, beach towels, bags, bat-and-ball-sets and drink bottles (The towel are water bottle are my picks!). And when you’re done, don’t forget to send a Loubi-themed postcard to a loved one at the pop-up post box. It’s the sweetest little idea, especially for tourists to Bondi town.
Aquabumps founder Eugene Tan created a series of 15 limited-edition prints immortalising the Bondi pop-up. One hundred percent of proceeds from the sale of the prints will support Surf Lifesaving Australia, as will 10 percent of all sales from the boutique.
“It is an honour to partner with Christian Louboutin on their Loubi’s On The Beach activation in Bondi. Like Louboutin, we pride ourselves on craftmanship, quality and luxury with the beach at the heartbeat of what we do,” says Tan.
A testament to the coastal suburb’s global appeal, “Loubi’s On The Beach” is the second installation of its kind from the French House who modelled the build on its London launch last year.
