Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is already a superstar on the field, but now he’s about to take his fashion game to the next level.
The tight end’s clothing brand, Tru Kolors, is set to collaborate with his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, to release a joint collection before the holiday season.
Kelce’s stylist, Danielle Salzedo, revealed that Swift’s new beau is the “first NFL player to ever design an official local club merch collab,” as reported by Us Weekly. Kelce is known for his bold and eclectic fashion sense, so fans can expect the collection to be anything but boring.
“I like to show off who I am through what I wear,” Travis says. “I think colors are a unique way to connect people and an amazing way to express yourself. We’re all in this together — be you, stay true. And always rep your Tru Kolors.”
“His dress shoe size is 15,” Salzedo, the Head of Strategy at A&A Management Group shared. “Those red carpet moments take a little bit of planning and sourcing.
“Fortunately, a lot of the designers now are realizing that the tunnel moments with the athletes are major fashion stages and are beginning to cater to larger athletes.”
For the Chiefs x Tru Kolors collaboration, we’re expecting his signature style to shine through, making this collection stand out from your typical NFL merch — perhaps with some Taylor Swift Easter Eggs thrown into the design mix (if we’re lucky)! After all, the sports industry is continuing to eat up this rumored romance.
In addition to his fashion collaboration, Kelce is also busy with the current NFL season. The Kansas City Chiefs are one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl, especially after their big win in Super Bowl LVII this past February.
