Inspired by her own album title perhaps, Taylor Swift was literally sparkling in a midnight blue as she arrived at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

The blue gown, created by Roberto Cavalli, is the ultimate call back to record-breaking album Call Me At Midnight — it literally looks like the night sky, complete with stars.

Ears dripping in sapphires and diamonds courtesy of Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and hair pulled back in a bun with soft bangs framing her face and signature red lips, Swift looked every bit the mega star. One that is nominated for four Grammy Awards, one which she already pocketed before arriving.

Swift took home the gold in Best Music Video category for “All Too Well: The Short Film.” According to reports, Swift has made history this evening becoming the first artist to be nominated in the Song of the Year category for a revamped track. “All Too Well” was first released back in 2012 on the album Red and has been infamously linked to her breakup with actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

While some have commented that Swift’s choice of color lacks subtlety — let’s face it, Swift is clearly billboarding her own album via fashion here — it can’t distract from the fact that this is one of the best looks the singer has delivered on the red carpet.
