adidas prada re-nylon

To kick off what we predict to be a slew of collaborations in 2022, Prada and adidas return with their ongoing collaborative partnership first revealed in 2019. The exciting collaboration that blends Prada’s expert craftsmanship with adidas’ lineage of sportswear innovation takes it a notch further with its latest iteration. For the first time ever, the two legacy labels introduce apparel with a heavy emphasis on sustainability.

Like past drops, the Re-Nylon collection reimagines both brands’ code in a range of ready-to-wear, accessories, and bags, as well as elevated takes on the adidas Forum High and Low silhouettes. Each piece gets the sustainability treatment made in Italy by Prada and with the house’s signature recyclable plastic waste collected from oceans and textile fiber waste called Re-Nylon. Prada first swapped virgin Nylon for its new Re-Nylon textile in 2019 and achieved its goal of using Re-Nylon entirely in production at the end of 2021.

Breaking down the garments, tracksuits, jackets, and tops for men and women come in adidas signature white with black stripes or black with white stripes stamped with Prada’s iconic triangle emblem. Accessories include bucket hats and bags that follow suit with the palette of the apparel.

The adidas for Prada Re-Nylon collection is set to drop on Jan. 13, reinterpret via Prada boutiques, prada.com and adidas.com/prada.
