Reflections Cocktail Collection at the Champagne Bar

The super-chic bar at The Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club has a new cocktail menu that pays homage to the property’s rich history. The eight cocktails were expertly crafted under the direction of Head Bartender Valentino Longo and include the Carnival in Venice, Fiesta in Rio, and the Sorcerer’s Ball.

Sexy Fish Brickell

Famed restaurateur Richard Caring (of Annabel’s renown) brings London’s Sexy Fish concept across the pond to Brickell. Featuring artwork by Damien Hirst and Frank Gehry lamps, the Miami outpost will feature a menu by Chef Bjoern Weissgerber, including duck salad, smoked tuna belly and black cod.

The Drexel
