Everyone’s favorite new couple, Michael B. Jordan and Lori Harvey, may be fresh to the public eye, but that doesn’t discount the level of luxury in play this Valentine’s Day. The Black Panther and Just Mercy star skipped over the traditional box of chocolates this year and opted for a private Nobu catered meal “under a sea of turtles” for his model girlfriend. But the grand gestures didn’t stop there: Jordan rented out an entire aquarium for the couple to enjoy, to set the scene for the most luxurious Valentine’s Day.
To top it off, he bought her stock in French luxury goods company, Hermés International. Who needs a new Birkin when you have ownership in the company, anyway? Harvey took to Instagram to thank her generous boyfriend for “the best gift ever.” If Sexiest Man Alive wasn’t enough, let’s go ahead and add best gift giver to Jordan’s resume for setting the Valentine’s Gift Guide bar to an all time high.
After initially dodging relationship rumors, the couple made their budding romance Instagram official in early January. Since their mutual declarations of commitment mere months ago, Jordan and Harvey’s social media feeds feature one another posed in vacation pics, birthday celebrations, and, now, major holidays. They even introduced the “L word” for the entire world to see. And on February 9th when Jordan turned 34, Harvey, 24, took to Instagram to wish the happiest of birthdays to her “Nugget.” Jordan then replied with “Thank you baby, I love you too.” Oh, the wonders of budding love at its finest!
