Scarlett Bella Song is a 14-year-old teen dancer, singer-songwriter, actress, print and runway fashion model, jewelry designer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and teen mental health advocate from Dallas. Scarlett is set to guest star in two episodes of the first season of a live-action streaming TV Series for kids and has subsequently been invited to become a series regular for season two.
Scarlett is an accomplished dancer and a “one to watch” emerging artist in the entertainment and fashion industries. As a teen AAPI role model, Scarlett is proud of her Korean heritage and mixed ethnic identity. Moreover, she is a philanthropist; In June 2022, she won an Inspiring Teen $1,000 scholarship for her fundraising-raising efforts and performed in a three-day Kids Rock For Kids (Global Teen Rock Music Festival) that raised $10,000 for kids in crisis in the US and Ukraine.
The multi-hyphenate teen has accomplished so much in all her endeavors. The Dallas-based dancer has been a featured member of several prestigious dance companies. She trained in L.A. for three years with world-class choreographers at top industry studios before relocating to Dallas last summer. She has danced in videos for famous music artists, performed with professional NFL cheerleaders, and participated in a flash mob in iconic Grand Central Station. Scarlett has also headlined festivals and starred in a series of concept videos.
As a singer-songwriter, Scarlett and two of her cousins (16-year-old teen music producer Alden Song and 14-year-old teen singer-songwriter Jalen Song) formed a family electronic dance music band called SONG! last Summer. They plan to release their first original single, “Leave This One,” in late 2022/early 2023. Scarlett performed with NFL cheerleaders for philanthropic events for consecutive years and has partnered with NFL sports teams and their charitable foundations to walk in fashion shows with professional football players to raise money for children.
The jewelry designer, entrepreneur, kindness ambassador, and teen mental health advocate launched a “by teens for teens” inspirational message jewelry line called Annie X Scarlett in collaboration with the brand Annie and Sisters. The 15-piece collection launched in January 2022, and the products are available online and in brick-and-mortar boutiques.
The fashion model has also walked for multiple designers at New York Fashion Week, is a published print model, and has been featured on the cover of several teen fashion online and print newsstand magazines. Earlier this year, Scarlet walked in a Rebel Athletics Fashion Show with Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Additionally, she walked in the Mila Hoffman Couture show during Austin Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week, among others.
When asked about her career dreams and aspirations, Scarlett stated, “In a few years, I see myself attending a top-tier college and continuing to flourish as a dancer, actress, designer, entrepreneur, and human. As an entertainer, dancer and model, I hope to get more high-profile opportunities. As an entrepreneur and designer, I hope to pursue more business ventures. Finally, as a world citizen, I hope to get involved with more charitable causes, continue to travel the world, and forge even more lasting friendships.”
In the coming years, the multi-talented teen hopes all her accomplishments will have established her as a thought leader who built a series of sustainable and profitable businesses that reflect her passion for entertainment, fashion, and design. She also hopes to start a charitable foundation to give back and enrich the world.
