Paris Haute Couture Week never fails to deliver jaw-dropping fashion moments, and this season, Kylie Jenner made sure to command attention before the Jean Paul Gaultier show even began.

The beauty mogul and style chameleon arrived at the star-studded event in a breathtaking bronze corset gown designed by Ludovic de Saint Sernin, the latest guest couturier invited to interpret Gaultier’s iconic aesthetic. But while Jenner ultimately remained in the front row, she gave fans a moment of runway magic before the show even started.

A Look Worthy of the Runway

For the occasion, Jenner stunned in a body-skimming halter dress with a dangerously plunging neckline and sculpted corset bodice. The look — designed by de Saint Sernin — was a seamless blend of the guest designer’s signature sensuality and Gaultier’s famed corsetry. Paired with a slicked-back bun and minimal accessories, Jenner let the striking silhouette do all the talking.

Her presence at the show was enough to set fashion tongues wagging, but she took things a step further by privately strutting down the runway herself. In an Instagram clip shared ahead of the presentation, the reality star and beauty mogul showcased her best catwalk skills in what appeared to be a playful, off-the-cuff moment — because if you’re wearing couture in Paris, why not take it for a spin?

On the official runway, de Saint Sernin’s take on Gaultier’s legacy was a masterclass in sensuality, fluidity, and homage. The designer, known for his gender-fluid approach to fashion, delivered a collection dubbed “Le Naufrage” — or “The Shipwreck” in English — steeped in sheer fabrics, intricate lace, and the kind of body-conscious tailoring that has long defined Gaultier’s work. From reimagined corsetry to sculpted bustiers and second-skin dresses, the lineup balanced reverence for the house’s heritage with a fresh, modern, and nautical-inspired lens.

Celebrity guests, including Jenner, were treated to a theatrical spectacle of craftsmanship and high drama — two things Gaultier has never shied away from. And while Jenner may have watched from the sidelines, her pre-show strut ensured she was still part of the couture fantasy.

From Schiaparelli’s life-size lion head gown to this season’s corseted couture, Kylie Jenner has proven time and time again that she knows how to make a fashion moment her own. Whether she’s in the front row or taking an impromptu twirl on the runway, one thing is certain: when Jenner steps into couture, all eyes are on her.
