Kris Jenner

Normally, it is Kris Jenner who is the one smoothing over the drama surrounding her famous family. Now, the Kardashian matriarch has found herself in some hot water.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is reportedly about to face two brand-new allegations of sexual misconduct from her ex-security guard, who already sued her last fall for the same conduct. Jenner was accused of sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination, and wrongful termination by her former employee, Marc McWilliams, who in the court documents claimed that the 65-year-old “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with McWilliams of an inappropriate and sexual nature.”

In other words, he claims she touched his ass end and crotch area, as well as exposed herself to him. Yikes.

Now, it appears that McWilliams has a couple of additional gripes to add to his list, although the details of those aren’t made clear yet.

In a hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, January 27, his lawyer told the judge that his client plans to file an amended complaint, which will include the new allegations. According to OK, neither Jenner nor McWilliams showed up in court. Jenner’s oldest daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, who is also named in the original suit, didn’t show either. The judge instructed McWilliams’ counsel to have the amended complaint filed within a week, then set a new court date for March 23.

Sure, Jenner is a known flirt but do we really think she would cross the line with one of her employees? Her team has outright rejected McWilliams’ claims, with her attorney Marty Singer stating, “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims.”

He also added that McWilliams had no history of having problems with Jenner until his “ludicrous claim” came to light.

“His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job,” he stated.

McWilliams was hired to work for the reality TV personalities in 2017 and claims that the inappropriate behavior began in May of that year. The former bodyguard claims that Jenner suggested they “engage in a romantic and sexual relationship.”

He also claims to have witnessed the momager making “lewd suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and otherwise discriminatory comments at him and his coworkers.”

McWilliams was “suspended” from working alongside Jenner in September 2018 but did continue to provide security for the the mom-of-three. He was eventually “terminated” from Jenner’s security protection team.

Let’s see how this all turns out……
