Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are moving on up—and right next door to each other. Located in L.A.’s exclusive Hidden Hills guard-gated neighborhood, workers are putting the finishing touches on the mother and daughter’s brand-new homes — estimated to cost around $10 million each. According to Variety, the mansions sit on a three-acre plot that has been divided in two.

When it comes to the size of the abodes, it turns out Kardashian can’t keep up with her mom: Jenner’s mansion clocks in at 16,500 square feet while her reality-star daughter’s boasts a still-impressive 10,000 square feet.

The homes have a similar modern farmhouse style, but Jenner’s features a dark stone façade while Kardashian’s has a cream color exterior. Kardashian’s mansion reportedly has eight bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms as well as an eight-car garage, gym and movie theater.

Jenner and Kardashian won’t just be close to each other once they move into the Hidden Hills estates since Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian also currently live in the area. Other neighbors will include fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli and his wife, actress Lori Louglin, as well as basketball player Paul George and former sportscaster Vin Scully.

Kardashian recently sold her mansion in Calabasas for $15.5 million. Jenner unloaded her previous Hidden Hills estate for $15.5 million last spring.
