Kendall Jenner has immortalized her love of all things cowboy and country with a new tattoo. The model has spent the past week in Wyoming, a state in the Mountain West subregion of the Western United States that was recently put on the map culturally when her older sister’s ex-husband Kanye West relocated there to make his albums.

During her trip, Jenner inundated herself in the state’s culture going on hikes, spending days on the ranch, and of course, hitting up a rodeo, for which she wore a ‘J’adore cowboys’ white tank top with a Y2K-era denim skirt and took along her brand of tequila, 818. She also used the occasion to go re-Instagram official with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Devin Booker, who she was traveling with.

Though Jenner’s top loudly declared her love of cowboys, the 26-year-old also made a more permanent declaration in the form of a small tattoo of a cowboy boot on her ankle.

In a black and white image shared by tattoo artist, Kate McDuffie — aka The Ghost Kat on Instagram — McDuffie revealed the black tattoo on Jenner which, despite its small size, managed to include all the intricate Western designs found on the traditional western footwear. The second slide on the post showed a photo of the inspiration: a brown, distressed cowboy boot.

“Teeniest cowgirl boot for Kendall 👢,” McDuffie wrote, with Jenner later reposting the image to her story adding, “When at the rodeo …”

McDuffie, who’s famous for her intricate detailing and fine lines, has inked many celebrity bodies in the past, including creating Pete Davidson’s famous “My girl is a lawyer” tattoo, one of his three body ink references to his girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
