Kate Hudson is not messing around with the cold weather during her trip to New York City this week. The L.A.-based actress packed all the essentials for the frigid city temps, selecting three perfect toppers for her day out and about.
She first arrived for a taping of The Drew Barrymore Show (airing Jan. 27) wearing a fuzzy bright green oversize turtleneck sweater, worn over a matching green collared shirt and long, pleated skirt by Christopher John Rogers.
The actress then switched things up in a more subdued dark wrap coat, which tied in a ruching affect on one side. She kept the color coordination going with a black and red printed top and skirt by Ulyana Sergeenko, finished with a pop of red with her slingback pointy-toe Giuseppe Zanotti pumps.
Finally, she topped off her winter whirlwind day in a fuzzy brown teddy bear coat, teamed with black combat boots and oversize black For Art’s Sake sunglasses. She shared pics of the final look on Instagram, walking hand-in-hand with her daughter Rani Rose, giving a shoutout to the brand behind her collared coat, Proenza Schouler.
“We miss our boys but mommy and lady having fun in the big city 🌸 Also, this coat is heaven! @proenzaschouler 😜❤️,” the star captioned the pic. Adding, “In other news: Rani Rose will not take these glasses off! #itsawholething 💓💓”
