GRAZIA Italia’s newest magazine cover star is none other than Kate Bosworth. Sound familiar? That’s because the 38-year-old actress and KIND.EST founder is also one of our most recent digital cover stars, produced by GRAZIA USA in Los Angeles, California.
On both covers, Bosworth dons an elegant outfit that’s quite the opposite of the “very casual clothes” the Blue Crush alum says she’s become accustomed to during the COVID-19 pandemic. The blonde beauty stuns in Saint Laurent Slingback Pumps, a fabulous Miu Miu fleece coat, itty-bitty high-waisted Miu Miu Wool Shorts, topped off with the perfect swipe of statement-making red lipstick.
But in conversation with Italia’s editor-in-chief, Silvia Grilli, on Friday, February 19, the model dresses more, well, relatably: a black long-sleeve T-shirt and an old pair of her comfiest Levi’s. She accessorized the outfit with a Bottega Veneta necklace gifted from a friend and her current favorite shoes to wear around the house: JW Anderson Chain-Embellished Leather Backless Loafers.
She may not be wearing Miu Miu while lounging around the house, but still, Bosworth is equally as appreciative of her stay-at-home wardrobe as she is her on-set luxuries. “I’m lucky that there are very kind and cool designers over the world that are keeping me somewhat fashionable, even at home,” she tells Grilli over video chat.
As the two reflect on the cover shoot, photographed by Sasha Samsonova, Bosworth lights up in appreciation. “To be on set again and to be creating art with these incredible collaborators, I look at those photographs, and that’s all I see— the love for just incredible, brilliant artists,” Bosworth tells Grilli.
Bosworth’s cover is now available on newsstands in Italy and available to access digitally in the States. As Grilli puts it, “Kate brings new light to this sisterhood between Grazia Italy and Grazia USA. A great, global new adventure.”
