Kappa, one of Italy’s leading sportswear brands has teamed up with LA athleisure brand Shadow Hill for a new collaboration.
Dropped Friday, October 23 on Kappa.com and ShadowHillusa.com, the Kappa x Shadow Hill Fall 2020 13-piece capsule collection merges together the Italian heritage of sportswear with the modern, technological approach of American athleisure wear. The collection features a cool combination of unisex pieces like nylon jacket and cargo pants and signature silhouettes and special styles for women including bike shorts, cropped hoodies and French terry sweatsuits. Of course, the iconic Kappa tracksuit is also a part of the collection.
Retailing from $40 to $175, all of the styles will be available in black, white, red and neon green.
According to WWD, Kappa and Shadow Hill tapped photographer Aidan Cullen, whose clients include Drake and Halsey, to shoot the official campaign. Photographed at the Goldstein residence in Beverly Hills, the campaign features a cast including Jocelyn Chew, Carmella Rose and Baskin Champion.
“When we began this project, our ambition was to build a collection that authentically merged street style with the culture of Italian sportswear,” Jake Andrews, president of Shadow Hill said of Kappa. “We’re so proud to now see that vision brought to life.”
