The afternoon tea was another highlight. Served beachside at the Veranda Bar, the 4 p.m. daily tradition included a pot of a freshly brewed tea of choice, served alongside a variety of savory finger sandwiches — the egg salad was a real standout — and a plate of decadent desserts.
