After a whirlwind press tour in New York City where she packed in an impressive number of outfit changes (complete with the most glamorous winter coat collection), Jennifer Lopez celebrated the premiere of her new film, Marry Me, in a very on-theme bridal white dress.
The superstar chose a white long-sleeve lace mini dress from Giambattista Valli’s “Love” Collection with Jimmy Choo heels, which perfectly ties into the premise of the film.
In the new movie, Lopez plays pop superstar Kat Valdez, who discovers that her fiancé (played by Maluma) cheated on her, right as they were preparing to get married in front of fans at one of her concerts. Instead, she decides to marry a stranger (played by Owen Wilson) who was holding a “will you marry me” sign at the show.
For the red carpet, Lopez was joined by her real-life love, Ben Affleck, who posed with her and planted a kiss on the actress.
At a special concert, Lopez took the stage performing songs from the film’s soundtrack, wearing two special Elie Saab Haute Couture looks, including a high-neck fringe creation and a shimmery sheer cutout design, both from the brand’s Spring-Summer 2022 collection.
Marry Me hits theaters February 11 and Peacock February 14.
