If anyone knows how to kick off hot girl summer with a bang, it’s Jennifer Lopez. The singer is already in full “summer mode” and shared the photos to prove it.

Lopez posted a series of steamy poolside pics on Instagram, wearing a black string bikini, a floral and butterfly-printed kimono, a pair of JLO Jennifer Lopez Tamin mule sandals, and some Versace shield sunnies while her honey-highlighted locks blew in the wind.

The carousel of pics also featured a video of her twirling by the water with a surprise appearance from the family pup, Tyson. Lopez captioned the post, “Summer mode: activated. 😎🖤” with the hashtag, “#BehindTheScenes. #linkinbio.” The link she was promoting is for a new sweepstakes with Virgin Voyages. The Marry Me actress is giving away 1,000 tickets on the “exclusively adult” trip from Miami or Barcelona.

The star shared a few other snaps throughout the holiday weekend in the perfect selection of summer-ready ensembles. She showed off her wedge sandals wearing them poolside with a printed Camilla halter-neck top and flowy pants, plus oversize hoop earrings and round frames.

Lopez shared another outfit from what looks to be a dressing room, showing off her western-inspired green dress with lace-up neckline, wide-brim hat with strappy platforms.

The latest project on the multi-hyphenate’s plate is releasing her new documentary, Halftime, on Netflix (out June 14) which will chronicle the prep behind her 2020 Super Bowl halftime performance with Shakira. It also promises to show more private moments in her life. According to Netflix, fans will see her “journey as a mom, Latinx creative and woman on the other side of 50.”

In the trailer, fans can see her rehearsing with her back-up dancers and practicing her moves on the pole. There’s even a cameo from her fiancé, Ben Affleck. At one point Lopez talks about living in the public eye, to which Affleck is interviewed saying, “I said to her once, ‘Doesn’t this bother you?’ and she said, ‘I expected this.'”

As she trained for her big performance, she says in the trailer, “I do this to connect with people and make them feel things. Because I want to feel something.”
