You may remember Raf Simons and Miuccia Prada’s Prada Menswear Fall-Winter 2022 show because photos were re-shared on social media feeds all fashion week-long, thanks to the star-studded line-up that walked the runway. Kyle MacLachlan, Jeff Goldblum, Tim Roth, Adrien Brody, and Willem Dafoe, made the show a standout with their modeling skills. Now, one Pra-daddy (as fans have coined them) re-emerged for the luxury Italian label’s latest Fall-Winter 2022 campaign.
In a post shared on Instagram by the brand on Friday, Jurassic World: Dominion actor, Jeff Goldblum, posed for photographer David Sims in the head-to-toe black look layered with fur-trimmed coat that he wore down the runway just months earlier.
One fan commented, “Legend, Jeff Goldblum can pull off anything.” Another confirmed the sentiment by writing, “This man will always be timeless, Jeff is the epitome of grace and class.”
Another photo shows the 69-year-old actor in Look 11 from the collection featuring a gray double-breasted suit.
While Twin Peaks legend McLachlan didn’t make a return (deep sigh), there is another face that equally satisfies our Pra-daddy needs, with Mr. Robot actor, Rami Malek.
British-Nigerian actor Damson Idris also stars in the campaign, wearing his runway look from the show in the black and white photo series.
Each of their photos are captured alongside still-life images featuring something special to each actor, according to the brand’s press release. For Goldblum it’s a teddy bear, there’s a spider balloon for Idris and a burning birthday candle for Malek. “Unexpected, even revelatory, these still and moving images unlock and celebrate the personalities behind this trio of individual and distinct characters,” the brand states. “These story-tellers tell us the stories that dwell inside each of them.”
It’s no secret that Goldblum loves showing off his sense of style. He’s been having fun with fashion for years and recently showed his loyalty to Prada, looking sharp in coveted pieces from the brand on his Instagram.
He wore a blazer and shiny blue trousers for the L.A. premiere of Jurassic World: Dominion, and chose a jazzy Prada shirt while out promoting the film in Germany. It’s clear, Goldblum and Prada certainly make the perfect pairing.
