Gillian Jacobs has been an underrated style star for over a decade.
Regularly mixing a feminine flare with her signature quirkiness, the actress, who has starred in films such as “Don’t Think Twice” and the NBC show Community, tends to favor like bold, modern designers such as Delpozo, Peter Pilotto, Sandro and Victoria Beckham.
Lately the 38-year-old has been making the virtual rounds promoting her new horror film “Come Play” and slaying the fashion game, thanks in part to her stylist Erica Cloud.
The actress posed for the gram following a virtual appearance in a transitional look featuring a summery Kenzo Spring 2021 lavender long sleeve lace and mesh panel, cutout mini-dress with a high neckline paired with matching biker shorts underneath. She styled the flirty frock with winter ready-burgundy suede boots.
On October 29, she suited up in a 70’s-inspired Bella Freud Fall 2020 burgundy ‘”Bianca” corduroy jacket with the matching ‘”David'” corduroy pants, ”Chrissie” corduroy waistcoat and the silk ”Minelli” tie-neck button down. This play on menswear was accessorized with By Far boots and Jenny Bird earrings.

In another knockout look, she wore a Valentino Pre-Fall 2020 yellow geometric printed dress with contrasting dark red, teamed with her favorite By Far ankle boots and Irene Neuwirth. At the premiere of Netflix’s “Glow,” in Los Angeles, Gillian hit the pink carpet in a Huishan Zhang Spring 2017 navy sleeveless silk mini-dress which featured grommets embellished with ostrich feathers in a shift style silhouette. Jerome C. Rousseau sandals finished up her look.
Jacobs attended the 22nd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards in a pretty Delpozo Spring 2017 sleeveless white floral embellished fit and flare knee-length dress with a green satin hem. She finished the look with a silver clutch and sandals.
At the 2015 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, she showed off a custom Peter Pilotto gown boasting intricate appliqué detailing and yellow strap and belt accents.
At the premiere of Netflix’s “Ibiza” in New York City, Jacob looked ultra chic in a Brock Collection Pre-Fall 2018 floral corded jacquard bustier top adorned with a white and silver studded belt and the matching high-rise, pencil skirt, styled with Stuart Weitzman “Nudist” sandals.
