We all know blush is having its moment, but mascara might be coming in right behind. Cruelty-free, vegan, and clean beauty brand Cover FX sensed something was in the water, because today, the brand is launching its first-ever mascara, Power Flex Mascara.
According to the brand, Power Flex Mascara is “an intense, lacquer-like volumizing and lengthening mascara that lifts lashes for a false lash-effect you can customize, all while promoting nourished and healthy lashes.” Its vegan formula uses lash-nourishing waxes that have been infused with Moringa oil for extra-long length as well as long-lasting adhering polymers that boost length and volume whilst holding and lifting your lashes.
And that doesn’t even cover the brush: Per the brand, it is an “innovative dual-sided hybrid brush that perfectly deposits formula and envelops lashes in an intense lacquer-like coat of black color. The double-rowed silicone comb deposits formula at the base creating volume, while the fiber bristles on the opposite side comb through lashes to provide length, volume, and lift from root to tip for a fanned-out effect.” Let me explain: Depending on whether you’re in your full power business boss energy or just trying to do a soft and gentle vibe, the brush can give you what you need. Use both the silicone double-rowed comb side of the wand and the fiber brush side to get length, volume, and curl; or you can just use the fiber side for a more natural vibe.
