We’ve unashamedly been living through all the flair and frivolity at the Cannes Film Festival. And if any one was to breathe (more) life into day eight of the extravagant event, it was always going to be Coco Rocha. Overnight the model and former GRAZIA cover star graced the red carpet in spectacular style.

In attendance for the premiere of Aline, The Voice of Love (Aline Dieu), Rocha served a little extra drama. The 32-year-old mother-of-three wore a grand burgundy Dior gown while jewels were supplied by Chaumet, and all styled by Ilya Vanzato. Samira Pikpo was the makeup artist behind Rocha’s dramatic cat eye, and her hair (her hair!) masterfully crafted by Brigitte Meirinho into some sort of an architectural braided top knot.

Rocha was honored at the World Influencers and Bloggers Awards the night before. The Elite Model Look director accepted the award for Pioneering Social Media in Fashion wearing a glitzy silver ensemble courtesy of Iris Van Herpen.

“I remember a time where mums did not have a voice and we did not have opinions that anybody cared about,” Rocha said when accepting the award. “Fast forward 18 years, to be able to get an award such as this because I did get a voice, because I was able to give my point of view with humor or if it was to educate people, I am amazed that we’ve come so far.”

In February Rocha returned to runway three months after giving birth to her third child. In 2019, she spoke to GRAZIA on what it means to be a mother.

“It’s not always easy, to be honest,” Rocha said at the time. “Mums have to pull the energy from thin air sometimes, especially when you’ve had a sleepless night with a sick baby and then you have to muster the energy for a full day, it’s tough. But being around my children is inspiring and refreshing to me, even if it is a lot of work. It’s not always easy to juggle it all, but I love being around them all the time.”
