The benefits of working out extend far beyond the body presentation. Exercising does wonders for mental health and self-image as well. The way you present yourself and the work you produce reflect how you feel about yourself. And let’s face it: confidence and powerful energy are contagious ingredients to everyone.

On the other hand, the most difficult part of exercising for us is the first step – to start. We are adept at finding different reasons for not making it to the gym. The most common reasons we all use are that we don’t have time or motivation. “Those are all just bad excuses. Once you start training and working on yourself, your body and mind will be infinitely grateful,” says Chloe Sasha – social media influencer, Only Fans model, and mother of four.

Chloe has made going to the gym three to four times a week a way to motivate countless women to follow in. “Women feel deprived of confidence, especially after giving birth, and I’m trying to change that,” says Chloe. “I’m not someone who believes that women’s lives end there. I think that each of us deserves to feel our best.”

Chloe was born in California and raised in Oregon. Her Only Fans career started after she moved to Arizona in her late 20s. “After a divorce, I was working a 9-to-5 job. It didn’t bring me much money, nor did I have the quality time to spend with my children,” she explains. “During that period, I had to hire a nanny to pick up the kids from school, and all that was not the life I wanted for myself and my children.”

“After the birth of my twins, I put on a lot of weight. I didn’t look the way I do now,” explains Chloe. “Eating a lot of junk food made me feel guilty because I was exposing my body and health to it.” Juggling between the state she was in and what she actually wanted to be, Chloe discovered how much training had given her back her self-satisfaction and self-confidence.

Chloe Sasha then decided to quit her job and regain control over her life, time, and body. Soon she has taken the social media world by storm. “I’m not a gym rat – I combine it with other activities, such as boxing, to keep things interesting,” says Chloe. “But it can be combined with anything – depending on what suits you.”

Her real secret to success is not about looks. It’s about the way she portrays herself. “I believe it doesn’t matter how your body looks. How you feel and carry yourself is what matters,” explains Chloe Sasha. Such an attitude motivates her in other fields and occupations, which she has desired since childhood.

“My dream was to become an actress, but I’ve never had the courage to embark on this journey,” Chloe explains. “And now, with my healthy body and mind and discipline – there’s nothing that can stop me from achieving my goals.”

This multi-talented individual and fitness enthusiast takes health seriously. But Chloe points out that the benefit of perfect balance is priceless. “When you have the will, goals, and power over your body and mindfulness – confidence is inevitable,” Chloe explains. “If you look at most successful people worldwide, all you will see is confidence. That comes from being active and looking after yourself.” Chloe believes that it is this confidence and body-positive mindset that her fans and followers see and love.
