In a set of two Instagram posts, Beyoncé stuns in bold colored outfits that vary in style, but both with a flair of businesswoman chic. Beyoncé’s personal style has never been set in stone, meaning she has a diverse portfolio of looks that never fail to stun. The singer posted the photo sets to her 202 million Instagram followers and fans are raving at Queen Bee’s latest wardrobe choices.
In the first of the two posts, she poses in a purple and yellow suit jacket and pant combo. The suit jacket is left open to expose a cropped lilac tank top which exposes her midriff. The color scheme for this outfit follows royal colors of purple and yellow. In Ancient Rome, purple fabric was more valued than gold, and associated with nobility, something that still holds true today. Beyoncé emphasizes that role, with her royalty-like status to her fans.
The outfit was accessorized with a pair of deep purple suede heels, gold earrings and the tiniest of purple purses. A tiny purse is a stark contrast to the Birken trend that’s been sweeping celebs as of late, and Beyoncé claims the role of outlier proudly. Of course, no Queen Bey outfit would be complete without a pair of chic black sunglasses, to block out all the critics’ opinions.
The second of the two posts shows Beyoncé, 9-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and 4-year-old daughter Rumi Carter walking towards a helicopter which is the ultimate flex. The other photos show Beyoncé in a bright orange long-sleeve shirt and magenta skirt with an equally magenta snakeskin bag. The outfit was complete with dangly fringe earrings and the same pair of sunglasses from the previous post.
While Beyoncé doesn’t always post captions with her Instagram posts, she doesn’t need words to get her point across, her style does it for her. My only question is who’s taking the photos? Is it Jay-Z?
