E veux que tTinctures, sea moss, trace minerals, a croissant and a journal: the supermodel’s mornings are a routine in themselves. Most morning routines on social media are built to look effortless. A glass of water, a stretch, a coffee in good light. The one Bella Hadid filmed for TikTok went in the opposite direction, and fans are still dissecting it.
In a 53-second clip posted in March 2024, captioned “mornings with me before we start making things for you,” the model walked through ten steps before she had even finished breakfast. Eagle-eyed viewers counted 14 pills along the way. She did not name every capsule on camera, but the rest of the routine is laid out step by step.
Steps One to Five: The Liquid Lineup
She starts with three tinctures from the supplement brand Genestra, mixed into a glass, according to Sunday Tribune. Next comes ION, a liquid gut-support supplement stirred into water, which the brand markets for digestion and the gut-brain connection. This is where the handful of pills comes in.
Step three is a scoop of sea moss gel from Planted Seeds, a seaweed product rich in minerals. Step four is Fulvic Detox, a liquid supplement that its maker, Mother Earth Labs, says supports detoxification. Step five is a few drops of Allegany Nutrition’s Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals, which the brand says come from Utah’s Great Salt Lake.
Step Six Is the One Everyone Remembers
After all of that, Hadid eats a croissant. No explanation, no macros, just a pastry. It is the most relatable moment in the video and a big reason it spread so widely: even the most elaborate wellness routine, it turns out, still has room for butter.
Step seven is a can of Kin Euphorics, the non-alcoholic drinks brand she co-founded. Its formulas include ingredients such as L-theanine and adaptogens, which the brand positions as mood and stress support.
The Last Three Steps Have Nothing to Do With Pills
The end of the routine shifts from what she takes to how she starts her day. She blends cinnamon leaf and peppermint essential oils and applies them to her wrists and neck, a nod to the fragrance world she was preparing to enter with her brand Ôrəbella, mentioned in the caption. She then burns sage, which many people use as a ritual to clear the air, and finishes by journaling with pen and paper.
Those last three steps are arguably the most transferable. They cost little, take minutes and are more about intention than ingredients.
Should You Copy It?
Probably not all of it. Hadid’s routine is personal, and supplement brands’ claims are not the same as medical advice. Fourteen pills plus several liquid supplements is a lot to take without guidance, and some products, especially those rich in minerals like iodine, can interact with medication or existing conditions. If any part of it appeals to you, talk to your doctor before adding new supplements.
The ideas worth borrowing are simpler: a consistent order to your mornings, a real breakfast, a scent you love and five minutes with a notebook. Before her croissant, Bella Hadid works through a small pharmacy. After it, her routine looks a lot more like everyone else’s, and that is exactly why people keep watching.
