As a fashion girlie, “business casual” is not a dress code that I typically adhere to on a day to day basis. But, that doesn’t mean I can’t help my business casual baddies look chic for the office. It’s time to put away the puffers and heavy sweaters and start thinking about cute looks as we head into spring. As the temperatures rise, the work outfit options become more plentiful. Think floral dresses paired with cropped cardigans or smart trousers with sleek blazers. Below, I break down some work outfits that are not only office appropriate but fashion girl approved.
Dresses

If your office is a bit more buttoned up, a chic pair of slingback pumps and bold gold earrings will do the trick.
In my opinion, a shirtdress is a wardrobe must-have. The style is not only incredibly versatile but also work appropriate. Of course, you can stick to the basics and do a black or white dress. But, this is work outfits from a fashion girl’s POV, so we’re going to do color.
