After a frenzy of speculation was sparked on Monday after the Euphoria actress was spotted out and about in Los Angeles adorning a large diamond ring on her left ring finger, PEOPLE has confirmed that the 24-year-old Euphoria actress and longtime boyfriend Jonathan Davino are engaged to be married.
Having been linked to one another since 2018, the couple has famously kept their relationships under wraps and out of the spotlight. Having never publicly commented on the state of their relationship, Sweeney told Cosmopolitan in her centerfold in January, “I don’t date people in the spotlight. I don’t date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it’s easiest. I have a great support system.”
