In episode 8 of …And Just Like That, Carrie Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, meets her new (and noisy) downstairs neighbor, Lisette, played by Katerina Tannenbaum, who Carrie first mistakenly thinks may be a Russian hooker from the late-night soirées she hosts. (Spoiler, she’s not!) Lisette is a chic, artistic jewelry designer whose California-cool roots come through with every outfit — and accessory — worn on the show.
So which brands does the designer herself sport on screen? Luckily AJLT’s costume designer Molly Rogers, shared details on Instagram about Lisette’s necklaces to give us our answer.
During the scene when Lisette comes to apologize to Carrie for keeping her up the night before, she sports three chain necklaces with her turquoise asymmetrical crop top, including one from Kimberly McDonald, another from Solange Azagury-Partridge and the Zodiac diamond Libra necklace by designer Jemma Wynne, which is currently still available online for $2,940.
According to the show’s official costume Instagram account @AndJustLikeThatCostumes, when Lisette opens the door wearing a beige bra, and hosts a late night hang with friends on the front stoop, she also wears the same three necklaces, plus a design from Gigi Clozeau.
Necklaces aren’t the only noteworthy accessories in Lisette’s wardrobe throughout the episode, she also wore pretty pink metallic Mia Becar pumps and a Jacquemus bag with vintage clothing for the stoop scene.
Then she gave her quilted Off-White slouchy boots a major moment by pairing them with nothing more than a bralette and underwear under her sheer floral-print dress.
To top off her amazing entry into the AJLT universe, she had a “falling asleep in high-fashion” moment (à la Carrie in her Versace “mille feuille” gown from Sex and the City’s final season) wearing a bejeweled Armani dress when she passed out after hosting a raucous house party.
While we can’t say yet how many more appearances Lisette will make on the spin-off series, we will be keeping a sharp eye on her stylish must-see accessories.
