Open May to September, Selva is changing the way we experience nightlife on the Riviera, serving jungle-drenched fantasies in the heart of one of Europe’s most fabled squares.
As soon as you set foot inside, you realise this is unlike any other venue. It’s an immersive adventure, a descent into the “dark side of the jungle,” where silks and velvet hang from the ceiling, shadows dance in the light, and the music rolls on and on.
Evenings take off at Amazónico Monte-Carlo, a dining odyssey awash in Latin American fervor where dishes with boundless colour, flavour, and flair prepare you for what is to unfold. Soon, dinner, and maybe a bottle of something special, gently morph into the early morning hours when Selva springs into life. The transition is seamless. The energy is electric. Featuring world-renowned DJs, both local and international, the curation of sound for the night foreshadows an elation and wisdom, and every beat feels as if it were made just for you.
And of course the cocktails. Not “drinks” creations. Haute couture served in a glass. La Femme d’Or is a showstopper: Rémy Martin Louis XIII cognac meets fig, apricot bitters, and a hint of passion fruit mead in an elixir as bright as its name. Or try L’Embarricado, a blend of Enemigo Extra Añejo tequila, Campari, Picon Amer, and Cocchi vermouth, a little smoky, a little bittersweet, but completely unforgettable!
