Since its inception in 1968, the Alhambra collection by Van Cleef & Arpels has continually evolved, all while preserving its timeless elegance. The iconic four-leaf clover motif remains a symbol of the Maison’s commitment to embodying the spirit of vision and vitality.
In a design that speaks volumes, Van Cleef & Arpels reflects on Alhambra’s rich history, seamlessly blending past influences with contemporary interpretations. Merging its many nuances creates a solar combination that befits the modern woman.
While the house’s unparalleled selection of precious stones and its vibrant palette of hues needs no introduction, the reintegration of blue agate into the collection deserves special mention, marking a sophisticated return to a treasured element with a fresh twist.
Blends of historical materials
The guilloché motif
Taking the Maison’s affinity for the guilloché engraving style from 1910s, Van Cleef & Arpels brings back the technique to life as it merges with recent collections. Paired with ornamental precious stones, diamonds, and its delicate textured surfaces to enchant the beholder with its glossy gleam.
The Blue agate
Celebrating the return of the luminous hue, the Maison taps into the blue agate which debuted in the late 80s. Now reimagined with the guilloché, the intensely rich colour is chosen to precisely match the radiant glow of the gold texture.
Signatures Reinterpreted

With a renewed sense, the jewellery house extends the blue agate to the transformative pieces of the Vintage Reversible Ring and Sweet Alhambra Watch.
Featuring a dual-faced design, the ring showcases guilloché in yellow gold with diamonds on one side and a gleaming blue agate on the other, creating a harmonious blend that reflects the signature codes of Van Cleef & Arpels.

This reinterpretation extends to the ever-evolving watch, which maintains its iconic silhouette with a dial adorned in an elegant beaded contour, further amplifying the magnificence of the guilloché gold.
