Two of the most iconic royals from the region (and around the globe) reunited over the weekend.

Queen Rania of Jordan and Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser of Qatar were spotted together as their respective countries battled it out on the football pitch for the Asian Cup 2024 final match.

The Jordan vs Qatar match was a royal affair with the royals from both countries in attendance. Cheering their nations on and keeping a patriotic spirit, the royals eagerly sat on the sidelines while their nations played at the finale.

Jordan’s Crown Prince Hussein and Queen Rania were present for the Asian Cup final between Jordan and Qatar. Princess Salma and Prince Hashem, the two youngest children of Queen Rania and King Abdullah, were also present at the stadium. Meanwhile, Sheikha Moza was present to support Qatar on their home turf at the Lusail Stadium in Doha.

While it was a nail-biting final match, Qatar was victorious beating Jordan 3-1 and taking the title as champions of the Asian Cup 2024.

Queen Rania and Sheikha Moza Reunite

During the match, Queen Rania and Sheikha Moza reunited, posing for some photos together.

Queen Rania wore a white shirt representing her nation with a long black skirt and a wide black belt, while Sheikha Moza donned the Qatar flag colours and wore a burgundy blazer with a white button-up underneath and layered it with a black headscarf and black abaya on top. It was the first time the two royals reunited publicly since Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan and Princess Rajwa’s royal wedding in 2023.
