Arwa Al Banawi has proven to be our generation’s most impactful designer by combining her Middle Eastern heritage with contemporary streetwear, storytelling through each collection, and creating feminine pieces that empower everyday women. This season, the Saudi Arabian designer has taken her talent and joined forces with Adidas Originals to reinvent and infuse her eastern and western perspective into the retro-inspired Forum Lo silhouette.

By paying homepage to the designer’s culture and personal style, the sneaker’s inspiration came from Arwa’s spirit animal, the Ibex. Along with details pulled from the Capra, which created the unique colourway. The fabric consists of canvas with suede overlayers and hand-stitched embroidery. Furthermore, integrating the traditional Arabic tailoring with its signature red and white woven fabric and applying branded lace jewels, along with graphic footbed with contrast bindings.
