Located in the Four Seasons Resort on Jumeirah Beach Road, Scalini Dubai brings a taste of its diverse heritage from London and Italy to the UAE.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lift awaiting us to transport us to a cosy yet precious courtyard. The interior had a contemporary décor with an open concept for the kitchen and a very spacious terrace.

For Ramadan, Scalini served an Iftar of the most memorable dishes, curated for guests to break their fast with nourishing, comforting Italian cuisine. Guests can begin their first meal with Minestrone, Pasta e Fagioli or Lentil soup, before light, followed by refreshing starters like Mista Quinoa Salad, fried mozzarella and Calamari Alla Luciana, to name a few.

The main course consisted of delicious meals such as Lasagna, Chicken Milanese, Penne Arrabiata, Ravioli with Spinach and Ricotta, and a classic Spaghetti Bolognese. Each meal ends with a sweet and indulgent Dake Cake, created especially for the Holy Month.

If we can tell you anything about this Iftar menu, it truly is an authentic taste of traditional Italian cuisine. Each dish is infused with the ultimate flavour, and the menu as a whole has the widest selection of unique plates.

Full of flavours, very varied menu with enough choice. And you know what? Scalini also offers a different menu every week, so make sure you book early.

Priced at AED 345 per person, the family-style sharing menu changes weekly, offering a wide selection of the authentic dishes the brand has become renowned for.
