If there’s one thing you can’t fault about Dubai, it’s the sheer number of restaurants you can find. There is something for everyone, making Dubai the ultimate food destination like no other. We decided to try an exclusive Lebanese restaurant, Ayamna, with a delicious menu selected by Chef Ali, originally from Beirut, located in the heart of The Palm Crescent.

The Palm is the region’s most culinary destination, where you can choose from 29 world-class restaurants – now that on its own sold us before even walking in. We decided to experience the Suhoor at this beautiful new Lebanese spot and, upon arrival, were fascinating by the stunning architectural designs, which created the most unique yet breathtaking ambience.

Offering a wide variety of Lebanese dishes, Chef Ali’s signatures are incredible. If you’re looking for a place where you can savour the flavours of Lebanon, look no more. The menu selection at Ayamna will provide you with the ultimate taste. You’ll find a broad selection of fresh and refined starters, hot mezzeh, a selection of meat dishes from slow-cooked lamb, mixed grill, baked ouzi, shrimp kunafa and many more delicious meals.

On the other hand, the desserts cover all the classics from baklava to ice cream, katayef and more. They also offer a special drink menu, aligning with each meal. Your beverage can range from Ramadan coffees to teas and a wide selection of fresh juices.

But the one dessert that stole our hearts was the sticky date pudding; it was the absolute best pudding we’ve ever tried – the flavours were magnificent. We even had the privilege of being served by chef Ali himself when it came to our final meal – which made the experience that much better.

If you are in Dubai, you need to experience this one of a kind Lebanese cuisine. By naming the restaurant “Ayamna”, meaning “our memorable days”, it is a tribute to Lebanon’s tastes, flavours, and traditions.

Priced at AED 180 per person, the sharing menu offers a wide selection of authentic dishes making the restaurant well-known for its pure taste of Lebanon.
