After for a way to fire up your date night? Then look no further than Netsu’s captivating Threatre of Fire dining experience. Chef Ross Shonhan’s authentic Warayaki-style experience is a dining excursion like no other, with mouthwatering dishes cooked tableside by skilled chefs to give you a glimpse into the world of Kabuki and its theatrical art. Famed for putting a chic spin on the conventional Japanese izakaya style of casual dining, Zuma boasts not one, not two, but three kitchens to tantalise your tastebuds. The main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. The modern menu is authentic but not traditional, displaying powerful and intense flavours through a range of dishes such as jumbo prawns with yuzu pepper, beef yakiniku with tahoon mayo and – of course – some of the best sushi rolls you’ll find outside of Japan.
