Located in Address Beach Resort, Zeta’s towering spot makes the dining experience all the more better. While you indulge in the exquisite Asian flavours of tempting sushi, soba noodles and the tuna tataki, you can revel in their private cabanas or the infinity pool while sipping on some perfect mocktails. The newly opened BODYROCK Studio has opened its doors in Dubai, bringing the highly popular LA workout Lagree method to the emirate. Located in the Goshi Warehouse City, Al Quoz, the Lagree Method was founded by Sebastien Lagree and focuses on body building principles including muscle stimulation, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Harnessing this fitness method exclusively in Dubai, BODYROCK Studio features 11 mini pro machines which deliver low impact, high intensity full-body workouts that build strength and endurance, whilst also enhancing tone and definition.
