The newly opened BODYROCK Studio has opened its doors in Dubai, bringing the highly popular LA workout Lagree method to the emirate. Located in the Goshi Warehouse City, Al Quoz, the Lagree Method was founded by Sebastien Lagree and focuses on body building principles including muscle stimulation, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
