The UAE based couture designer dressed the supermodel Heidi Klum in a jaw-dropping red grown. Finished with a thigh-high slit and a crystalised corset top, needless to say it was a show stopper. The Azerbaijani designer established founded Sophie Couture in 2005 and has since expanded to a viral brand, with a recent appearance at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023.

Andra Day in Georges Chakra

The Grammy Award winning sensation Andra Day wore an ensemble by the Lebanese couture designer Georges Chakra. Based in Beirut, the eclectic designer established his label in 1985 and expanded it to the eye of Hollywood when it featured in The Devil Wears Prada in 2015. It has since been seen on Rihanna, Beyoncé and more. The “Rise Up” singer wore an off -the-shoulder ruffled dress, with a long tail, sheer gloves and a chunky silver bracelet.

Molly Sims in Georges Chakra

Actress Molly Sims was also wearing Georges Chakra on the red carpet donning a pleated gold ensemble with a 3D rose on her shoulder.

The once up-and-coming brand Bahraini brand has since solidified its lace in the couture landscape, as seen on A-listers across the globe. Actress Janelle James wore a simple velvet gown with dramatic sleeves which engulfed the gown, looking like the picture of elegance.

Sheryl Lee Ralph in Safiyaa

Dubai-based brand Safiyaa also appeared on the Golden Globes red carpet. Sheryl Lee Ralph wore a yellow and black dress by the regional fashion house which featured an off the shoulder design and puff sleeves.
