Born in Doha, Qatar, Sheikha Jawaher is the daughter of the Minister of State of Qatar, HH Sheikh Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani, and a member of the royal lineage of the previous Emir of Qatar from 1972 to 1995, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani. This makes her a second cousin and wife to Sheikh Tamim.
She is the First Wife of The Emir
Wedded in 2005, the Qatari royal is the first among three wives and consort to Sheikh Tamim. She is also the only wife who consistently attends royal duties, responsibilities, and events publicly in the region and globally.
