Kaf by Kaf: The First Robot Model

One of the most talked-about moments at Riyadh Fashion Week was Kaf by Kaf’s groundbreaking unveiling of the fashion industry’s first-ever robot model. This innovative presentation merged technology with fashion, as the robot gracefully strutted down the runway in a custom Kaf by Kaf design, showcasing the Spring/Summer 2025 collection titled “Artificial Beauty.” The use of a robot model was a bold choice, symbolising the fusion of fashion and technology while challenging traditional notions of beauty. The ethical luxury label Abadia made a significant impact at Riyadh Fashion Week with a stunning collection that celebrated Middle Eastern cultural heritage. The Resort 2025 collection drew inspiration from the timeless symbolism of the date palm tree, known for its longevity and deep connection to Middle Eastern culture, serving as the heart of the collection. Arwa Alhamri: Tradition Meets Technology

Throughout her new collection presented at Riyadh Fashion Week, Arwa Alhamri, founder of ArAm, celebrated the mesmerizing wildlife of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is both mystique and raw. This collection draws inspiration from the beauty and diversity of rare, elusive animals and plants, such as the Arabian Oryx, Arabian leopard, and Arabian wolf, alongside indigenous plants like sidr and arar. One of the standout features of this collection is its innovative use of advanced technology in design implementation. Alhamri utilised modern techniques such as laser cutting and 3D printing, adding a contemporary touch to designs rooted in heritage and nature, demonstrating how traditional arts can be integrated with modern technology. Through a thoughtful combination of fabrics, colours, and accessories, Alhamri effectively brings the beauty of the Kingdom’s wildlife to the forefront, presenting it to the world in a modern and captivating way.
Razan Alazzouni: Timeless Elegance in Pearls

As part of Riyadh Fashion Week, designer Razan Alazzouni presented her ready-to-wear collection for the Spring/Summer 2025 season. Inspired by the charm of pearls, the collection featured several iconic pieces, including skirts and crop tops. Alazzouni’s attention to detail made her collection stand out, with pieces adorned with thread motifs, sequins, and pearls. Dar Alhanouf: A Tribute to the Red Sea

The Dar Alhanouf Collection for High Fashion 2025, designed by Saudi designer Al-Hanouf Mazen Al-Qabsan, draws inspiration from the natural beauty of the Red Sea, showcasing her talent for merging nature with haute couture. A highlight of the collection is the “Red Sea Dress,” featuring an intricate map of the coastline that reflects its coastal beauty from above.
