Her Majesty Queen Rania and Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa have yet again proved they are a fashionable and artistic pair of in-laws.
Since the birth of her first child, Princess Rajwa had taken a hiatus from public appearances. But, it seems the Princess, alongside the Queen, is finally back on their usual routine of royal duties across Jordan together. Their most recent outing? A visit to a workshop at Naqsh Collective.
The Jordanian Queen took to Instagram and shared a series of photos with Princess Rajwa, admiring the local designs and craftsmanship of skilled artists.
Applauding the showcased work, she captioned the post, “Exquisite local designs, handcrafted with love. Had a lovely time with Rajwa at the Naqsh Collective workshop yesterday.”
For the day out, the queen opted to wear neutrals with a business casual outfit in beige and white tones by Rabanne, with muted green trousers by high-street label Frame and completed her ensemble with a Loewe Bracelet Pouch Bag while Princess Rajwa dressed up in the season’s trending colour; burgundy with her statement bag the Bottega Veneta Small Brick Cassette.
Always a pair who pays homage to culture and history, the royal duo was seen posing with key artworks and installations, such as the Wa Mashat, which tells a story of Gaza’s women and resilience, and Nisreen Abudail and Nermeen Abudail’s bridal chest featuring traditional Palestinian patterns.
Queen Rania And Princess Rajwa step out together to attend Jordan’s 20th parliamentary session
Just recently, Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa joined the rest of the royal family for the annual Speeches From The Throne, marking her first-ever attendance at the event since tying the knot with His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein.
With His Majesty King Abdullah II inaugurating the 20th Parliament session, Princess Rajwa along with Crown Prince Hussein and Her Majesty Queen Rania gathered in support of the King’s speech.
As King Abdullah made his mandated declaration on Jordan’s pathway to modernising and progress, the royal family was seen sitting together applauding the monarch.
Particularly shining in a photo-op moment with Queen Rania, the in-laws were seen posing showing their latest styles.
To mark the event, Princess Rajwa wore a coat with calculated sleeve cuts that opened up gracefully. She further elevated her all-black look with gold accents from the Dior saddle belt and a dainty necklace, topping the overall look with a Jil Sander Goji mini bag in black.
On the other hand, Queen Rania opted for a monochrome deep red with an ensemble pairing the Maison Valentino Georgette top with an Altuzarra pleated ribbed-knit maxi shirt and the season’s it-girl bag, the Chloé Bracelet embellished bag in ivory.
